Flex Sr Software Engineer
About you
- Demonstrated proficiency in software development and writing solid code.
- Experience with a variety of programming languages besides Flex (TSQL, C# is a plus).
- Experience with Databases and SQL.
- Positive-attitude, Reliable, Self-motivated, Team Player.
- Comfortable working remotely as part of a distributed team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Interest in User Interface Design is a plus.
- Interest in building, testing, debugging, supporting large distributed systems is a plus.
- Must be strong in OOA/OOD.
- Knowledge about LINQ, Design Patterns, .NET framework 3.5
- Strong T-SQL
- XML and XSD knowledge.
Nice to Have

Ruby on Rails Developer
About you
- Deep understanding of Ruby on Rails
- Must have experience with Ruby 1.9.x and Rails 3.x
- Must have experience on TDD and BDD
- Javascript is a MUST
- Must have experience on using jQuery or similar framework
- Must have experiences calling and consuming web services
- Experiences working on web development (HTML, CSS) for different browsers
- Contributions to Open Source are a BIG plus
PHP Developer
Skills
- Very strong on engineering concepts such as OOP/OOD (Object Oriented Programming/Object Oriented Design)
- Knowledge and experience on Design Patterns e.g. MVC model as the most important, but can know others.
- Have used Unit Testing and understand the Software Development Life Cycle
- Knowledge of PHP frameworks, Zend or Kohana are preferable
- Knowledge of Selenium, Maven or Cruise control will be a plus
- Experience with QA and best practices such us Test Cases, test planning, Bug reporting tools are preferable
Soft Skills
- Very good English and communication written and verbal
- Teamwork
- Like to do high quality software
- Like to implement new practices in an established team
- Like all the surroundings and experience of traveling and would like to help others with that.
