Secret History of Silicon Valley: a Commentary

In 2008, Steve Blank gave a keynote called the Secret History of Silicon Valley.  I highly (highly) recommend that you watch the video before you read this post; it is well worth one hour of your time. Google Wave October Meetups

I've attended two Google Wave Meetups in the last two weeks and they were both great. It is remarkable how quickly developers are filling out the Wave ecosystem with robots and gadgets and whatnots. One "bot" in particular, I found mind blowing.

Wave is to Interaction as the Browser was to Access

There's a lot of confusion out there about Wave. We're like the proverbial blind men trying to figure out the elephant. The people describing Wave as "like" something else are, in my opinion, missing one of the key things about Wave and what makes it a radical game-changer.

Better Estimates in 10 Steps
