It is just fantastic that entrepreneurs are learning that democracy at work is not only about employees, but also for customers and even vendors!
I just found a widget from a company called www.uservoice.com that allows you to get feedback from your customer very quickly.
In a previous post, I wrote about Collaborative Games, an excellent tool you can use to give customers a voice. Key users can help you create better Product Roadmaps using this technique.
