Nearsoft is headquartered in San Jose, California, with engineers located in Northern Mexico. We focus exclusively in software development nearshore outsourcing for product companies.
We leverage the proximity our nearshore development facilities to our clients but we also succeed because we focus on minimizing risk and tightly managing every task.
We start by helping you discover and specify your requirements. In order to develop a strategy for implementing the project, we’ll ask a whole lot of questions to uncover the larger issues as well as the details. Throughout the project, we continue to work with you every step of the way to keep the project scope under control. This is important to make sure that our nearshore engineers deliver on time, on budget and with high quality.

Roberto Martínez, CEO
Roberto Martinez has been a leader in several startups in the outsourcing space. In fact, he started his first outsourcing business while attending college.
Previously to joining Nearsoft, he was CEO of C3 Technologies where he led the company to compete in international markets, garnering major, Fortune 500 customers.
At the beginning of his career Roberto had technical roles with companies like CEMEX, Ford. He's also lead projects at OTIS, Walbro Engine Management, CMax, PEPSI among others.
Roberto is a graduate of the prestigious Tech de Monterrey, the top University in Mexico and a world-class institution.
Matt M Pérez, COO
Matt has a successful track record as an Engineering and Operations Executive. He has worked in rapid growth environments throughout his career in small, even tiny businesses as well as in large, public companies. He has managed distributed teams within the US and overseas.
He has been an Executive at six start ups, including three which he co-founded and for which he helped raise close to $50M in Venture Capital. He also worked for nine years at Sun Microsystems where he managed large development teams, including the Solaris OS team.
For the last two years Matt has lead Nearsoft, a successful software development outsourcing business, with operations in Mexico.

Jose Contreras, Business Development / Sales
Jose has in-depth experience in inside Sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. He’s worked with major accounts like Linde Gasses, Rosendin Electric, and National Semiconductor while at PacTel Mobile Services.
Jose was previously Manager of Business Accounts for Cellular One, responsible for a team in charge of Northern California.
